These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, services, programs, and digital products offered by Kaleidoscope Transformation Collective (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this site or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms apply to all users of our website, services, digital and physical products, coaching sessions, group programs, retreats, and any other offerings—whether accessed online, in person, or through third-party platforms.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content, materials, programs, videos, audio, text, images, logos, service marks, and trademarks displayed on this website or in any of our offerings are the sole property of Kaleidoscope Transformation Collective or its licensors and are protected under U.S. and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, record (audio, visual or both) share, or distribute our content without written permission.
3. License to Use Services
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use our materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not grant permission to resell, reproduce, publicly distribute, or modify any content.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes; refrain from engaging in harassing, illegal, defamatory, or harmful behavior; not upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access; respect our technology, integrity, and other users.
5. AI Tools, Recordings & Client Consent
To support client integration, note-taking, and overall quality of service, we may use AI-powered tools such as automated note-takers, transcribers, and summarizers (e.g., Fathom, Otter.ai, Fireflies, or similar platforms).
By engaging in private or group sessions, coaching, events, or programs, you understand and consent that:
Sessions may be recorded (audio or video) and transcribed using AI tools
These recordings and transcripts are for internal use only—including session documentation, quality assurance, training, and your ongoing transformation
You may receive a recording of your own Solignment Embodiment recording for your own ongoing development, and you are encouraged to review it
You may request not to be recorded by notifying us in writing before your session
Recordings are securely stored and not shared publicly without your written permission
You retain ownership of your personal stories and experiences; we will always honor your boundaries and privacy
If you do not consent to any part of this practice, please let us know prior to beginning services so we can accommodate your preferences.
6. Health, Wellness & Results Disclaimer
Our services are not medical, therapeutic, or psychological treatment. All offerings are for educational, informational, and transformational purposes only. You are responsible for consulting with your healthcare provider before making any changes to your physical, mental, or emotional care.
Results are not guaranteed, and testimonials represent individual client experiences only. No promise is implied.
7. Service Interruptions
We may modify or discontinue services at any time due to technical updates, business changes, or force majeure events (e.g., power outages, illness, travel disruptions). We are not liable for temporary interruptions in service.
8. Payment Terms & Refunds
All sales are subject to our Refund Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to fulfill all payment terms (including any selected payment plans).
Deposits for high-tier programs, retreats, and coaching are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Refund exceptions are outlined in detail in the Refund Policy.
9. External Links & Third-Party Services
We may link to third-party tools or platforms (e.g., Zoom, payment gateways, coaching portals). We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of these external services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our site or services. In any case, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in question.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kaleidoscope Transformation Collective and its team members from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Idaho in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own legal costs.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here, and your continued use of the website or services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

At Kaleidoscope Transformation Collective, I deeply value the commitment and energy you bring to your healing and growth. In honoring both your journey and the integrity of this work, I’ve created the following policy to support clarity, consistency, and mutual respect.
Booking Appointments
All sessions are by appointment only and must be booked through the online calendar. When booking, please select a time when you can be fully present, uninterrupted, and grounded for the duration of the session. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless you are part of a prepaid package or coaching agreement.
Time Zone Clarity
All sessions are displayed in your local time zone when booking. Please double-check your calendar invite or booking confirmation to ensure the correct time. If you are traveling or in a different time zone, it is your responsibility to make sure you are booking and joining the session at the correct time.
Session Timing
Sessions begin and end promptly at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late (less than 15 minutes from the start time), the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to honor both of our commitments.
Late Arrival Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your session without communication, the session is considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled. If you are running behind, please email or message as soon as possible so we can determine the best course of action.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens—and I understand that unexpected situations can arise.
- You may reschedule or cancel your session with a minimum of 24 hours' notice via the booking system. Please note that your sessions must still all be completed within the timeline associated with the coaching package you purchased. Unused sessions are forfeited.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded or rescheduled unless it is a true emergency.
If you need to reschedule within the 24-hour window, you may be offered one courtesy reschedule depending on availability, at my discretion.
No-Shows
If you miss your session without notice, it will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Repeated no-shows may result in termination of services.
Package Sessions & Expiration
Prepaid sessions and packages are valid from the date of purchase in accordance with the agreement of that package.
It is your responsibility to schedule your sessions within the timeframe of your package.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of this deep and transformational work, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Emergencies & Compassion Clause
If you are experiencing a genuine emergency (health crisis, family emergency, etc.), please reach out as soon as possible.
I will always do my best to respond with care and flexibility while maintaining the integrity of this work.
All digital sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
If you experience a technical issue, please contact [email protected] within 7 days, and we will do our best to resolve it.
All sales are final for group programs. No refunds, partial credits, or rollovers are issued once the program begins, regardless of attendance or participation.
If your program includes a VIP or premium tier, refund eligibility will follow strict participation requirements (outlined in writing at the time of purchase--if applicable)
You attend all sessions with your camera on
You complete and submit all assignments by the deadline
You submit a formal refund request with supporting documentation
Exceptions may be made for duplicate accidental purchases or administrative errors—before the program starts.
Refunds are not provided for 1:1 sessions or coaching packages once the first session has taken place or any materials have been delivered.
Rescheduling requires 24+ hours’ notice; otherwise, the session is forfeited.
Deposits are non-refundable.
No Refunds. No Exceptions.
Remaining balances, whether paid via ACH, wire transfer, or payment plan, are final and non-refundable.
You may request that a deposit be applied to a future program (on a case-by-case basis).
You may request a refund for virtual events up to 72 hours before the start (less transaction fees).
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or missed attendance. Replays may be available depending on the offering.
Deposits are always non-refundable.
Refunds for remaining payments follow this timeline: 60+ days before event: 50% refund (excluding deposit) 30–59 days: 25% refund (excluding deposit) <30 days: No refund
Refunds are only issued once the product is returned in original, unused condition.
If multiple copies were accidentally purchased but have not shipped, a refund may be granted.
Shipping delays (especially international) are not grounds for a refund.
You are solely responsible for your financial agreement with them.
We are not liable for your loan terms or experience with the lender.
Photograph, film, or audio record you
Use your name, image, likeness, voice, and statements
Publish them for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes in any format, now or in the future
No compensation will be provided, and you waive the right to review or approve the final product.

Any required documentation (e.g., completed challenge homework)
Your sessions may be recorded and transcribed using AI-powered platforms, strictly for the purpose of supporting your transformation, refining our services, or internal training.
Any notes or summaries generated are confidential and will not be shared publicly without your written consent.
You may receive your own AI recording of your Solignment Embodiment™ session, and you are encouraged to download and refer to it for your own ongoing development.
All recordings are stored securely and used in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
